At least I now see reality for what it is instead of living in a state of delusion, I'm not afraid of death anymore, the thought of it brings me comfort
I feel the same as you. I just wish I understood it years ago. I wouldn't have wasted the little energy I had in fighting in vain in a ocean of lies. I would have found a way to navigate through it or commited suicide but I wouldn't have found myself stuck in a situation where I have to wait to do it, now that I'm at peace with it at so many levels.
I have never thought of death as anything more than moving on to the next experience.
Fear it? Nope.
Like I have always said, with my 24/7 chronic pain if and when the quantity overtakes the quality of life, then decisions are made.
