I recently discovered Sewerslvt. Never listened to this kind of genre before. I really like the album "we had good times together, don't forget that". "ultradespair" is good. Makes me feel all kind of things, just not any positive ones.

I think their music mostly falls under genres like breakcore. I personally am not a huge fan of their music, but I do listen to a lot of artists who make music in the same genre or in similar genres, so I run into a lot of people who also listen to her stuff. If you like that kind of music, then I'd recommend listening to Femtanyl and Machine Girl. I've also been listening to a few songs by Psychoangel and Vertigoaway, and their music is also really good and I would recommend giving them a try as well.

When you can relate to the 95% of the song except the GF one cuz you've known only solitude on that department for your entire life...

Thanks for the recommendations! I've been listening to some of their songs throughout my day now. But none of them do it like Sewerslvt/Cynthoni. It's hard to explain. I really, really like the style of her songs, and no other artist I've listened to does it like her.

You might want to turn on eng subtitles, to understand he lyrics it worth it. One of the last albums of this artist who was suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts for quite some time befor CTB the same year he released this album. But this song in particular makes me feel sufoficated, I feel so much pain in this song
Also I was a fan of this artist, so that's probably why his pain resonates with me so much and that's why this song makes me tear up every time. But I hope it can make you feel the same sense of belonging, like someone actually can deeply understandably and sympathize with your pain too

Listen to it on YouTube, it needs English subtitles too because the song might sound a bit uplifting but the lyrics are about a real person CTB, (it happened in Japan and was streamed online by the person, I believe) but it's one of the songs that makes me feel so at peace with death for some reason
Probably the lyrics of the song that talk about death and suicide as something completely normal and, maybe even rational. While the other people panic not knowing what to do and trying to do something right only after the person is gone
"Being called a nuisance
She was always there
The girl went ahead and died
Looking down upon stupid humans
With the cats on a roof"

These are just some of my favorite songs but I hope you find something to your liking too ~✨

Still stuck on this song. need more!

Have you listened to the jester by badflower? That's one of my favourites
Literally anything from sleep tokens discography, but especially their new album even in Arcadia is full of gut wrenching bangers. Also Lunds discography has a ton of good ones, and lastly classic Jack's can you feel anything album. These are my go to artists for anything gut wrenching. I've been stuck on sleep token recently tho.

I used to listen to particular video game music to make me more miserable or anxious as a way to punish myself but when I have listen to some of them too many times, it now relaxes me. Its like the misery and anxiety is more comfortable as I am more familiar with it than happiness. Here some example for me:

goodbye hits like a truck when you are feeling sad, especially if you watch the music video for it.

Did you hear she's back btw? but under a different name?

IN A SUMMERTIME KIND OF WAYYYYY
(was looking to see if anyone would bring up Hippo Campus. Also you know Monsoon and poems is 10x sadder)

I'm curious what others might have for good dark and deep music recommendations… music that will help fuel my motivation to ctb and overcome the reservations I have. Music with the propers message has a strong influence on my state of mind. Some of my go tos are "Ghost" - Badflower, "Someone Somewhere Somehow" - Super Watevr, "Save Me" - XXXTENTACION.
Imo suffocation by cc or there is light in us - mathbonus i highly recommend the 2nd one

If you had a time in your life that was brighter than your current one, just listen to the music you listened to during that time.
