Yeah like the title says it sucks right now. My mouth hurts and since i usually violently chew near the front of my mouth it hurts when my mouth is in its usual resting position. Ig ice would help out the swelling for starters. Im sure other ppl have the same issue with chewing their mouth. Any advice with the habit?? also any thing on healing better tips and tricks??(other than the obvious leave it alone)
