For those with Bipolar - do you notice a pattern between your manic and depressive episodes? Like is there typically a certain amount of time between them that seems consistent or is it just random?
I ask because they have been some in my family who have been diagnosed and I'm just trying to get a better understanding. I've always been a little worried that it could be hereditary.
