I only have Butylscopolamine in 10mg pills. Can I use it with sn instead of meto? How much?

No, butylscopolamine helps against stomach cramps, not nausea and vomiting.
You will need Metoclopramide or Domperidone. Meto works as an an antagonist to dopamine, basically blocks the signal to the brain that triggers vomiting. It also causes the stomach to empty more quickly. SN is thus absorbed more quickly.
