He pensado muchas veces que sería bien si alguien traduce el metodo a español pero no tengo bastante español para traducir. Mira mi gramatica! No puedo! 
Hay un thread llamado algo como "nadie habla español" pero aveces hay disinformación ahi como el metodo es malo, resulta en daños del salud permanente, etc.
El metodo es muy simple. ¿Has leido Stan's guide (guia) y intentaste de traducir? Si intentas y todavía tienes preguntas, intentaría a ayudarte. ¿En cual pais eres? Te pregunto porque estoy en México y puedo avisarte donde puedues comprar SN y te aviso que la metoclopramida no es necesario pero es auxilario y disponible en farmácias sin prescripción.
