Chat option?

Can someone tell me where I should look for the PM chat option? I am new but have posted, and do not know where to look. Thanks

To send a private message you can simply click on the 3 bars top left. Then click on the mail looking icon near the top of the slide out bar. That or you can click on the user and send one from there.

Thank you - I do not see the bars, perhaps because I am new. Do you mean the top left of the posting dialog box?
