What is this white stuff in my cut?
Is it just from the depth or is it infected

Looks like pus so yea. You might want to clean it up with some antiseptics.

I think it's just the depth of the cut from what I can tell, but it's always a good practice to clean your cuts just in case to prevent infections. Just gently washing it with warm water to filter out any foreign material helps a lot. Be careful not to be too abrasive if you're using antiseptics, they can make the cut take a lot longer to heal. Just gently apply them over the wound. Stick some gauze/bandaids over it when you're done to keep it clean while it heals and Neosporin to prevent bacterial infections and make the bandages stick less.
