DMC and scam spam?

I got the following text regarding my package from the DMC. It said that the post office needs $.28 to deliver my package and asked for a credit card.

Anyone else get scam attempts when using the DMC?

Scam. Very much doubt dmc has anything to do with it. Ignore and delete it.

Seems unlikely that it's connected with DMC, these phishing Emails are sent out by the thousand, like a shotgun discharge, in the knowledge that some of them will be received by folk waiting for parcels.
