(This is just my personal take/view on the matter in a general way and I don't mean to discredit/underplay your feelings)
Years ago I mentally split people into ordinary people and "broken" people who struggle to exist, that's how I managed to at least feel like I'm not an abnormality with no chance of ever being understood. There's people who haven't met great trauma or pain who fight off their daily challenges and move on calmly with not many issues.
Then there's those who get crushed by life and struggle way more than others. If anything, suffering is probably one of the most "human" feelings, because someone unable to feel pain would maybe be the farthest from an human being. We're mortal beings, we can be happy, we can be sad... The only difference is that everyone goes through different things that shape them in different ways imo.
I, myself, am different from the majority of people I see around that are my age. I accepted it although accepting didn't change my fate magically on spot unfortunately.

I'm definitely different than most people out there but I don't really care tbh. I don't mind being different since I never consented to being born in the first place. I don't see why I should be like everybody else
