i've definitely heard of it before, but i haven't tried personally. be careful, depriving your brain of oxygen like that is much more likely to cause brain damage than to be lethal :( i'm sure you know already, just concerned
Youre definatly not alone. One of my perfered ways aswell. Used to do it in a bathtub aswell back when i had one. Kind of stopped when I almost gave myself brain damage lol. Death isnt too scary but the thought of losing parts of myself or limiting my thinking ability rlly put the fear of God into me lmao. Still do it just not as often or as long
