I've never swam or been in a pool before. Just wondering how it feels to drown because it's not a recommended way to go, I like the idea because it doesn't really place my death as a suicide and I think it's effective as long as no one finds me while Im drowning and I think the whole thing will be over for me within 2 minutes. I wonder if getting really drunk or getting something to make me go unconscious right before I go in would hinder any survival instincts. Let me know what you think.

Drowning while conscious is definitely a horrible way to go, speaking as someone who nearly accidentally drowned as a teen. I do hear about people who were illegally drinking on boats and accidentally went overboard at night and drowned that way... I would think as long as you're not conscious, it's not bad, but it's also hard to imagine a way to ensure that while also still being able to drown reliably.
