I feel like i feel so depressed today i feel physically sick and its unbearable. And i also have so little energy i cant even think. And i just want to die but i cant do anything so i just lay in bed and cut myself

Dude I wish so badly that I could give you a hug. If you like music, Id put some on, It wont magically fix everything but I know with me that it helps drown out thoughts for a little while.
