SN seems best solution but its availability is not easy in my country. Also, it comes in different variants with huge difference in price. For example for $35, I can get 25KG bag of SN and in other markets, it comes 100g for $80. I am scratching my head for this much difference.
I am totally devastated and in huge much pain. My wife left me with the son and got me kicked me off from states and I can never ever meet my son. I am totally hopeless and in huge much pain.
