Fentanyl Method for People in the Eu

Some of you may have read about that one member on this site who was most likely succesfull with the ISOTONITAZENE method. I initially wanted to OD on heroin but after i found out about ISOTONITAZENE i wanted to go that route too. The User lived in the US and he/she bought it from an US Vendor too, so it was more or less safe for him/her to order it on the DW. I live in the EU and ordering ilicit drugs like nitazenes from the DW would be very dangerous because the package could get searched twice (once in US and once in EU border, if your unlucky) since it isnt really sold in the EU, only US, as far as i know. Plus i dont really know much about the DW and would have to learn alot and im kinda dumb tbh.

So my New idea for something similar to the ISOTONITAZENE method is to go to a drug hotspot near me. In an area near the main Train Station is a drug Infested spot which is often compared to Kensington by the Media in Germany. I know that i can get fentanyl there because alot of Junkies get interviewed there and say that they use fentanyl. It will probably come in the Form of a Patch. I think in US its mostly powder.

The patches are designed to release a small amount over usually 3 days. They come in 12, 25, 50, 75 and 100 Micro grams/hour forms. Its probably best to get the 100 mg/hr patch to increase chances, although i could just take alot of 25 mg/hour patches too.

2mg of fentanyl is considert lethal for someone with no tolerance if consumed instantly. A 12 mg/hr patch has a total of 1.2 mg in it. A 100 mg/hour Patch has 10mg of fentanyl in it which could kill 5 people if extracted and taken directly. Overdosing on fentanyl is considert very peacefull. It causes coma, respiratory failure followed by sweat, sweat death.

To avoid Potential vomiting by Boiling the patches and drinking the solution which can certainly happen with all opiods, especially for someone with no tolerance like me, it is also possible to Stick a bunch of fentanyl patches to your stomach and laying a warm water bottle above so the fentanyl gets out of the Patch alot faster. Also drinking some beers and maybe even take some benzos with it would increase the chances to OD significantly, since These Substances work together by depressing the Nervous System.

Now I just need to grow some balls, walk up to a junkie and ask for some fent patches. Thats the hard Part really cus im socially retarded. Because of that i wanted to buy it off of telegram first becauase i wouldnt have to interact with anyone, but i got scammed.

So if you also live in the EU and think about buying nitazenes like ISOTONITAZENE from the DW i would not do it. If you live in the US its a different Story.

PS: Feel free to correct me if i said something wrong. I'm just listing information that i got from Chat gpt and Youtube. I dont have any experience with fentanyl or other hard drugs, except for psychedelics. Also if you know more about that topic or have Tipps for a better Implementation please share it. It could help alot.

- apply the patches on a non-hairy area (you can just trim the hair off and put in anywhere. Dont shave. Shaving can irritate the skin and decrease absorption)
- as i mentioned above, heat can cause the patch to release fentanyl faster. Even a fever above ~39°C (102°F) can raise fentanyl levels significantly.
- Because fentanyl is so potent and long-acting
multiple doses of naloxone are often required. (So even if someone finds you ODing, its not certain that you can get saved.
- duration of Action 30-60 minutes (if respiratory Depression Hits you die in a couple minutes)
- For an opioid-naive person, as little as 2 mg of
fentanyl (2000 mcg) could be fatal.
Even smaller doses can kill if mixed with other

i said that, im still here cause my bucket list isn't not yet completed.
Now I learned the hard way that money doesn't make you happy. Or it depends on if it is hard earned money.


But isotonitazene there are a few more but if I had access in a hospital id get sufentanil about 20 vials cause it's usually liquid for injection 25mcg is normal then 20x times 25mcg times 5 or 4 and be sure to take enough benzodiazepines and anti emetic. The only official drug/medicine that is stronger then fentanyl around 5x times stronger.
But if you dig deeper you can find ALOT of LEGAL in many countries still. But I have now found love and lost the love of my mother may she rest in peace . Was a very hard time. And I became suddenly " interesting " ..

But just look up on new NPS opiods (or better known as Research chemicals)
But I look here from now and then I I saw this i don't believe in coincidence like this. Such a small chance I would find someone quoting one of many methods I thought off. There are (believe it or not ) at least 20 drug combinations. But you have to do alot of research on chemicals where there is very few information about it. I bet I could OD also on SL-164 an Quaalades analoog.
But I'm making a short book with new humane methods. With that I mean that you pass away while in a self induced coma .

I think chatgpt has got a wrong source for this . Cause as you can read there 20ug is the threshold alone..
So you don't need much if it's around a 97% batch. Check the numbers on orders to see which batch you have. Some are better than others. As everything in life.

More easy and relaxing doing it in the sun if you have a good place where you can find it. Bathwater will go cold to quickly before you blackout. (Yes I've survived 10x 100mcg fentanyl patches)
But it's cause of my tolerance. I have chronic pain and take oxycodon now daily to get the pain levels manageable.
But you still need sleep benzodiazepines and some anti emetic. Domperidon as example


Ps there are alot stronger ones, (fentanyl research chemicals) but it's not up to me when they release the current stock.

As soon as it will be available it will be a quick death . I'd make a nose spray at home with Propyleenglycole and demi water the 50% if i say it right in English. Im not English native as you guys know, with it so you can store it in anything within sight. In as example Fluticasonpropionaat (for allergy treatment doctors prescribe it here sometimes. 50mcg each spray so the bottle is perfect for concealing stuff.

Creo que chatgpt tiene una fuente incorrecta para esto . Como pueden leer, 20 ug es solo el umbral.
Así que no necesitas mucho si se trata de un lote de alrededor del 97%. Revisa los números de los pedidos para ver qué lote tienes. Algunos son mejores que otros. Como todo en la vida.

Es más fácil y relajante hacerlo al sol si tienes un buen lugar donde encontrarlo. El agua del baño se enfriará demasiado rápido antes de que te desmayes. (Sí, sobrevivió a 10 parches de fentanilo de 100 mcg).
Pero es por mi tolerancia. Tengo dolor crónico y ahora tomo oxicodona a diario para controlar el dolor.
Pero aún necesitas benzodiazepinas para dormir y algún antiemético. Por ejemplo, domperidona.


PD: Hay muchos más fuertes (químicos de investigación de fentanilo), pero no depende de mí cuándo lanzan el stock actual.

En cuanto esté disponible, será un desastre . Yo prepararía un espray nasal casero con propilenglicol y agua desmineralizada al 50%, si no me equivoco. Como saben, no hablo inglés, así que pueden guardarlo en cualquier lugar visible. Por ejemplo, el fluticasonapropionato (para el tratamiento de alergias) a veces lo recetan los médicos aquí. 50 mcg por espray, así que el frasco es perfecto para ocultar cosas.

Hola, uso el traductor... Disculpen la posible dificultad... También tengo tolerancia a los opioides. Llevo un año tomando 40 mg de oxicodona y, antes de eso, Tanpetadol (Palexia 150 mg) otro año... Dijiste que sobreviviste a 10 parches de 100 mg de fentanilo juntos... Agradecería que me confirmaras si es cierto... Es muy importante para mí... Estaba seguro de que, incluso con tolerancia, con 10 parches de 100 mcg el cuerpo absorbe 1 miligramo por hora... Pensé que en tres días estarías muerto... incluso con tolerancia...
