For what you are searching CTB partner?

Please explain. For what you are searching CTB partner?

During scanning ) this topic I discovered that members are searching partner, because:

1. they want enjoy their last days and share this experience with someone.
2. it isn't clear for me for what.

I understand wishes to enjoy last days, but don't understand second group. In second group people don't search romantic/friendship experience. They often say that gender and/or age doesn't matter. But what they want from partners? For what? Help me to understand.

And I have a question for those, who choose first or second variant... How many days do you need/want spend together with your partner before CTB?

It looks like it is extremely hard to find partner. First, you need someone you like and feel comfortable with. Second is location. Third - you need to be ready for CTB at the same time.

It is a challenge and I suppose it is life's last challenges that is worthwhile to fulfill but we make do with the cards dealt, It seems were not alone in seeking equal company in times of death in-between the Friendship/Romantic option, I think people may not want to get attached as it could deter them from dying, Also risks of axe murder's and such, Rapists, etc -People are tired of having there trust tested only to be backstabbed by undue betrayal and well an emotional daggering in an already emotional time of one's CTB attempt.

Though many people work around this by building an online portfolio on and off this site months prior to the CTB Pact date, Think Discord or FaceTime if one is really trusting - Becoming friends and stuff, and if something develops and love is incubated between both parties then well good for them! Although it would seem like it's only destined for movies and books... There's a lot of moving parts in a suicide pact, - I adhere your sentiments of wanting to find a friend/Romance in the last days of our lives under mutual clause and teamwork - Though its realism are unknown. :(

For me I'd be interested in someone to rely on to help me if I needed it during CTB in exchange for them being able to use my own method if they couldn't access their own. It would be very nice to have someone here during it to ease the fright in advance. So definitely not romance, but more an allegiance kinship I suppose for support.

Does anyone know about successful cases of seeking partner? Maybe you know someone who died together with someone else? Or maybe here are goodbye threads that indicate such cases?

The thread I read the most is "Partner Megathread". For the first look, I have identified three types of authors.

1. Those who write impulsively. They often say that they urgently need to die and they always wanted it. But after a few days, the situation seems to improve, and they don't come here anymore. It's always funny to me, sorry.

2. People who don't indicate method's, timelines etc. It seems they are not completely set on CTB and will not do this. Maybe they just look someone to talk.

Also there are people who are between 1 and 2 types. Impulsively and with few words. Something like "[location]... going to CTB by [method]".

3. One and the same people. They want you to do all for them and like they want. Sometimes it looks like dark comedy. When you necessarily need to be smart intelligent doctor, you need to travel to this person and bring all the stuff with you to send the recipient to Heaven with honor.

But it seems that there are simply no successful cases. (I'm not counting the BBC story as good one).

I met here two girls from my country.

With one of them we decided to postpone the action and catch the bus in May. But then after two weeks or month she sad that she is in recovery and suicidal people are sick people. :) So she started to treat me and we don't communicate anymore. :)

Then I met another girl. We were going to catch the bus in May. Then in October. ... I like a lot of things about her. But it looks like all the same I'll have to catch the bus alone.

I had a few more similar stories before I came here.

It's not bad (to CTB alone). But I wanted to spend one or a few good days with someone. To smile, go outside, eat something tasty, maybe watch movies or play games. Nothing very sentimental like hugs, hugs, hugs. :) But maybe something lightly romantic. And maybe just "friendship". ... It doesn't look realistic now. ... But that's ok.
