Honestly. Why do you want to complicate it? Usually a simple process is the most effective. Effective = quick and painless.

yes, maybe i am overthinking, but i dont exactly relish the idea of 30 , 40 plus years in a wheelchair or hospital bed

Complete hanging on a safe place is totally sure. And if the place isn't safe and someone find you, next method does not help you to die, i think.
