So tried partial and kept backing out due to fear I guess so was thinking a way to maybe bypass the fear is to have the noose around my neck and then have a big brick above that I can pull to land on my head and knock me out as I fall the rope will do it's job just an idea I was pondering

I don't think that's going to work out friend. For now, I'd suggest that you go and get some sleep. You sound tired. Suicide attempts that are done impulsively almost always fail or get fucked up in some way or another. Also that idea with a brick is horrible because it most likely won't knock you out.
