have you ever pranked someone and did you get away with it ?

I have only attempted to prank one person when I was in middle school and in my teens and as an adult I did prank a few strangers although I will never know if my method worked or not

(In middle school I pretended to be some random guys crush on the phone and asked him to come to the mall and I don't think he believed it thankfully or actually went to the mall to see that she wasn't there)

I would send spam and scam callers information to The Church of Scientology to get random emails, paper mail, phone calls, etc. If I ever encounter one again I am thinking of leaving them a voicemail or message with the Harvard Sentences phone number or some other strange or funny online subscriptions

Also one of my favourite prank callers is Longmont Potion Castle but I don't think I would ever be able to do what he does (he uses a lot of voice editing software etc.), I wonder if his identity will be revealed some day

I also like this saga of the guy on Tik Tok who sneaks up and farts in random people's basement windows to scare them

he striked again but he unfortunately got caught but also not really and it was still pretty funny

When I was younger, at a cafeteria table in elementary school, I got offered to sit with some popular kids. I was told they were playing truth or dare, and I was selected to ask someone truth or dare. The person responded they wanted to complete a dare, and I told them to turn off the lights of the cafeteria, knowing everyone in the room would scream and stuff. To my surprise, they actually did it. They flicked it on and off multiple times, staring at me for the whole thing. When the security officer talked to them, they didn't blame me for a single thing. I don't think it's much of a prank, but I think it's still fun to tell this story at times.

I've been watching this ownagepranks yt channel quite a bit recently. It's recorded phone pranks. Me personally, I haven't really pranked anyone.

if they stared at me I would be worried that they would try to get back at me some way or they think I owe them something since they got in trouble and I didn't

but I guess not every elementary school had "snitches" like mine

As children, sure. We put one of those joke plastic flies in some water in the ice tray. My friend's Mum was really concerned about it, she was horrified that a bee had flown in and become frozen. Obviously, we told her. It did actually look quite realistic inside the ice.

With another friend, she bought a tea bag that was supposed to turn the tea blue and put it in the tin. The funniest thing was, they never came across it. Days and days went passed, till she knew her grandparents were coming over. She was absolutely dreading it being discovered then but, still nothing. I'm guessing they must have drunk it at some point without knowing.

The funniest prank I heard of was a guy getting hold of a shop tannoy microphone and announcing that everything was half price.

I love harmless, clever pranks. I love these guys:

I love these guys too ! Haven't watched them in years but in the early hours of the morning they used to show Just for Laughs GAGS on television.
My favourite prank they did I think would have to be the one where they made the meat move at the deli or butcher counter oh also the one where they caught people stealing grapes even though they were told they were free samples.

The realistic plastic fly sounds funny/great. Thankfully you guys didn't get a hold of one of those remote controlled realistic plastic cockroaches I think you all would've had a field day with it.
