Palpations are scary, but they won't kill you. Chest pain is different. Are you overly stressed? Drinking a lot of caffeine/energy drinks?

I have several times during the day where my heart speeds up even though I'm laying down and I feel the blood flowing through my arms and legs. It's a very odd feeling.

I get that too. Have you looked into dysautonomia?

Every morning for the past 3 months for me. I may have accidentally neglected to tell my doc about that

Is it due to stress? This happens to me when I am severely depressed and stressed out.

I know what you mean, I'll take my heart meds, or not, and drink my liquor (with my wonderful pancreatitis) and feel so loopy more so because of my slow pulse and low BP, catch myself needing to take a deep breath like I took too many Percs.

In my case I suspect I may have a nuerological condition but not sure if it's related. Were you doing any exercise or did you experience any anxiety during it?
