My thoughts have converged to the idea of ending my life by getting myself a few kilometers into the ocean with an inflatable raft. I will then sink the raft and remain floating using a life saver so that most of my body remains submerged in cold water. I will carry in a time and place where water temperature is rather low, so that I expect hypothermia to kill me relatively quickly. This might not be the most peaceful method (though this can be enhanced through the use of drugs, etc.), but I think it minimises the chances of being rescued during the critical time period in which this can result in brain damage. Basically, I don't expect anybody to be able to find me or my body in at least several days (if ever). Do you have any suggestions how to get this done most efficiently, with the highest probability of success?
I live in South Korea (foreign worker there), where jumping from bridges seem to be way more popular, so I don't expect to be much on anyone's radar. At work people barely notice I exist (couldn't give less of a shit) and I could disappear for weeks without anyone missing me. It could be useful to know which stretches of coast are less surveilled and most suitable to carry this over, though.
For instance, would there be any problem executing this plan without a simcard on my phone people could track?
