Hello everyone, I was on this site about six months ago under the name anotherlastchance, maybe some of you remember me, maybe some of you already have done ctb. The reason I deleted my account was because I was making some progress. exercising really helped with my depression, I'm also going back to school but just when I was planning to live again I'm starting to realize all my problems, traumas and my fears that I didn't realize or cared about when I was depressed. I mean it's good that you're coming out of your depression and seem to be enjoying life again, but with that came all the other stuff, I'm back, I hope you're all doing somewhat well or moved on in peace.
