How many minutes of nitrogen flow are required for asphyxiation?

I'm planning on using a nitrogen exit mask. It's been recommended to me that I should use a flow rate of either 15 or 20 liters/minute. I'll be able to decide on the best flow rate once I know how many minutes of gas flow are required for asphyxiation.

There is a text on archive.org called ''Hypoxic Death and the Exit Bag'', it looks like this text belongs to ''The Peacefull Pill'' book, it says '' -400/15 or -25 minutes, more than enough for a reliable and peaceful death''.

I read in a book it takes around 40 minutes to be really effective... Are you gonna use any kind of special plastic bag or plastic hose? I'm not sure if an average plastic tube is appropiate, it looks like it can get broken with the gas... I'm almost sure that will be using this method as well, if you want we can talk about it...

I was wrong several times writing an answer in your post and changed it a couple of times lol... The books says it takes 25 minutes to be more than enough.

I think it is possible to send private messages and chatting, but I'm a new user and this function seems to be locked for me. Can you try sending a message? I'd really like to know more about your method cause I'm terribly confused about how to make an exit bag. Maybe using a mask is a better idea but I haven't read anything about this...

If you do one of those "on demand" setups, the amount of gas needed is way less. 40 cu ft of gas itself is recommended for continuous flow, because you'll be using some to test your setup after getting everything together. It would really suck to run out prematurely.

That first sentence is BS, I took 5 or 6 breaths, I was still concious, 10 seconds later my Oxygen level was down to 40, and also death is not in a few minutes, its usually at least 10 minutes, and executioners do it for 15 minutes
