do i do it against the side that goes inward, or the other side? do i lock the door? 5mm nylon rope btw and the hand
es are horizontal in a vertical way (not round)

look into how you can use a doorframe to progress inverted rows in calisthenics. maybe a similar contraption?

you mean the pull up bars? i'm trying to use the handles instead because i dont have a pull up bar. the handles are vertical metals placed in a horizontal way

no. may have to do some hunting but years ago I found a way to take two booty bands and use the top of the door to create something to be parallel to the floor. something similar would work for a partial. otherwise I think testing is necessary. if you happen to have any of those exercise bands, you can get a lot of tension without a long drop distance.
