I agree that life really is so cruel, I find it so dreadful how existing can easily get worse. But anyway best wishes.
I have massive depressive disorder all my life and with that said my heart and soul goes out to you, I work with it each and every day.
On a brighter note, if you defeated it before then maybe there is a decent chance of having it back off.

just because it's back now doesn't mean it has to stay that way. whatever helped last time you can do it again. you probably stopped practicing good habits.
