Can you explain what it feels like before you faint? Is there any pain or shortness of breath?

To me personally, no pain. Slight headache and mostly dizziness, sure, but that's normal with hypoxia, I think? Nothing stabbing and you can always take ibuprofen for it. Usually, I get cold sweat, my vision gets darker, my tongue tastes bitter and then just drop unconscious somewhere. Sometimes it feels like the switch inside my head is flipped off instantly, sometimes feels like someone is dialing down my consciousness lower and lower (I don't know how to describe it). Depends on how much you consume it, I guess. It's a bit scary if it's your first time fainting but I've been doing it for a while now I'm so used to the sensation.

I don't feel shortness of breath though, maybe I never take enough to cause that effect? Will go unconscious within 15-20 minutes after small sips and usually faster when standing up. Don't forget to fast or it won't work or worse, you'll get accident in the form of bowel movement (I'm sorry for TMI, but I feel like i should warn people about this). Although, I will always feel better after lying down and would regain consciousness but my oxygen level will still drop with 82 being the lowest (last week, I took a bit too much and had to throw up some). Even at this level, I still don't feel bad headache or shortness of breath (I've tried to overdose on Ramipril and Diltiazem long time ago, those gave me horrible shortness of breath for hours so I know how it feels like). Regular nasal cannula doesn't work to increase the oxygen level but rebreather mask does work albeit very slowly.

I'm going to CTB next month with combination of all of my morphine sulfate, SN and the rest of the meds I've been gathering. I'm tired of hoping that things will change. Maybe I'll make a post when the time comes.

If you're considering this method, please do your own research first and I pray that you will find hope and change your mind because nobody deserves to die by their own hand.

Wow that sounds very risky and scary but I'm glad to hear it was peaceful at least? No one ever figured out what you were doing? Your English is good!

No, fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you see it, haha. They did bloodwork each time I was admitted to the ER and found nothing suspicious. I feel like this is because I'm from third world country and SN suicide case isn't very well known here (SN itself isn't illegal here) or maybe they just don't care all that much. They do find my low oxygen level and 'sludgy' blood odd and rather concerning. My nails would always be bluish (though, only for few hours) so I wear nail polish and wear dark lipstick to be safe. A friend of mine recently OD'd on powder and Gabapentin. I sold Kratom in a specialty shop for about a year, and watching people come in and buy kilos of the powder at a time and swear they weren't addicted drove my heart south.

At a lethal dose (1-2 grams)

don't bother counting/comparing attempts that don't follow the PPH guide.. attempts with 25g successful or not are relatively peaceful up to the loss of consciousness. it should be obvious that taking poisons in low amounts will prolong suffering.

I will be mildly annoyed if you contribute to 7OH getting controlled, as may happen or not anyway between idiots and .. opiates being like water some places. But, life sucks and idiots will be the cause if it does anyway, so practical notes:

Mitragynine and presumably its relative compound at issue here is supposedly mildly less respiratory depressing per unit of pain relief. I say supposedly because reading about opiates gets boring after a certain point, this is generally claimed as to the whole plant, I've commented that Pharma should research this and Pharma has laughed. The plant has a decent amount of caffeine like activity so I'm not sure how much of the 'it's ever so slightly less lethal than more standard opiates' is just down to the 'because you're getting a few cups of coffee with it using plain leaf or crude extracts' while the average heroin or oxycodone user maybe is not.

This would, however, make it the 'less attractive' option compared to regular prescriptions or street opiates if true.

As to whether it's workable for purpose, though.. no idea / I am not sure / "maybe with enough of it."

As someone with experience passing out from personally heroic experiences with regular kratom extract and prescription opiates.. as discussed often, sometimes G-d just seems to keep people alive through whatever. Comparing those experiences to the more potent side of street opiates.. not a lot of experience, and yet what the average heroin user is doing just to not be in pain and withdrawal is well up in the 'well this is nauseating, itchy and unpleasant' range for a fairly naive person who's still had those adventures with kratom and pills. (Not to say 'the real thing' is 'better' but rather that there's a sweet spot that is pleasant and.. like Everclear vs. vodka, it's all the same thing but is one going to be a better night than the other, or just lead to puking faster?)

So.. can't say I have experience with 7OH and I suppose I may have to peek someday just to confirm my fairly unfounded expectation that it might be like a heavy amount of a red strain kratom (someone correct me if it's more like a green!), sedating and constipating and just generally a big ol' wad of opiate activity without as much of the caffeinated fun / being awake to notice the effect of a more caffeinated kratom.

I also assume the stuff is packaged and sold to be competitive and somewhat equivalent to street oxy or whatever modern substitutes are passed off as it.

Thus, it's very expensive for no more than 5 pills. How equivalent that is to standard oxycodone doses, heck if I want to be much bothered to know. If the vendors care about having repeat customers the common products may be 'tuned' that someone can't get themselves into too much life threatening trouble with a single generally expensive package. For those just looking for fun and not a final exit I would still question that, what with overdose past the 'sweet spot' just being itchy and pukey and a waste of money and so on, with possible risk of some hypoxic brain damage.

Would multiple packages have a chance of being an exit? My only this learned opinion is "maybe." Moreso if combined with sedatives and alcohol and whatever else increases the risks of opiates, sedatives and alcohol (sleeping on railroad tracks etc.).

If I were certain dropping a significant amount of money on the stuff would be sufficient and peaceful, well, for now I'm still typing to y'all, so, *opinions.*

But does it have a chance? Off the cuff, unreasonable, not particularly informed opinion: maybe like 60%, if buying 4 times what makes the vape shop clerk look surprised and worried and also seeing dollar signs for what you've spent. Would it be pleasant? Probably the same as any other opiate method. So that 60% is the usual drug roulette of 'probably plenty dangerous to those not intending, and yet surprisingly hard to have more than an intense night and hangover and spew to clean up when you do want to quit.'

Street opiates are possibly cheaper for that amount of activity you'd want for some certainty but harder to come by and so on. Meanwhile have some awareness the kratom vendors are possibly more interested in printing themselves money by having their customers return alive than seeing their whole industry shitcanned for dead ones, so understand it's *probably* sold in quantities thus.

(*But* meanwhile I have not dabbled and the pure 7OH products are perhaps sold to 'compete' with and perhaps a ramp down from the fentanyl sold as oxys on the street in enough areas, so, not having dabbled, I have no idea what the actual potency of those products is or feels like. If you're *in* Seattle / Portland or elsewhere where needle vending machines are on every corner you can just ask the clerk how it compares to fetty or how many it takes to even get close.)
