• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

hi. so i have SN but im really scared to use it. i have buprenorphine/butrans sublingual films at 300mcg each. one unit of buprenorphine = 30 units of morphine. it's the second strongest painkiller outside of fentanyl.

even with the films, i have to be extremely careful not have respiratory depression because of them. i take a nebulizer inhaler 2-3 times because of this. there have been times where my opioid has made me practically a zombie.

i would like to combine both, possibly take a heightened dose of the opioid before the SN. it makes me lethargic, feel floaty, and doesn't affect my stomach.

i additionally have a large dose transdermal patch that i'm "absolutely not supposed to combine with the sublinguals." i want to minimize my
pain/panic without interfering with the SN and maximizing the success. what would you do?

Perhaps @Romanticize can give an input on your method, as for myself, I don't see any problems as long as the amount of opioids you're using isn't causing more nausea ( unsure of the recommended amount ). Hope you find everything you're looking for OP.

No problem. The throat numbing spray you listed should be okay, follow the directions and it should help mitigate the taste of SN.

As much as I love opioids, they are not recommended with the SN method. Even if you don't have nausea from opioids alone, mixed with SN, it could trigger vomiting. Stick with the recommended protocol and don't experiment too much.

i don't want to try to hijack the other thread but you mentioned that you have the updated version of the e-version. were you required to purchase the physical copy before getting access to the newest one? that sounds like a good way to get the police on your case.

i have a version of the e-version, but it hasn't been updated in awhile. i want to make sure i can follow updated accounts so i have the greatest chance at success

to be clear, neither of the forms i have are pills. one is a sublingual film that dissolves directly into your bloodstream through your cheek and the other is through your skin

No it's not required to purchase the physical copy to get the e-book version, it's a preference, some prefer print over e-book.

i should also add: i'm chronically ill and constantly in pain. i take the sublingual opioid every 12 hours and my body is already used to the higher dose. if i stopped the opioid before taking the SN, i would go into immediate withdrawals

Sublingual can still cause nausea. Intramuscular not.

If you take a regular prescribed dose that you are used to, before the SN, then it's fine. But if you take extra doses just to feel more high in order to make the SN suicide feel easier, then it is not advised because that's where vomiting risk increases. But, avoid withdrawals because they can also increase vomiting risk.

Thank you for mentioning me here.

@Lawliet adding buprenorphine to SN will certainly help, however you should absolutely not compare it as "one unit equvalents 30 units of morphine". Buprenorphine has a ceiling effect and is very ineffective delivering respiratory depression.
Buprenorphine is used for Opioid Replacement therapy, the state basically hands you bupe for free, to stop using morphine or heroin (and bupe is "30x stronger"!). However, bupe (in all forms, with naloxone, without) - is A LOT safer compared to full opioid agonists.

Buprenorphine is a partial agonist & partial antagonist, with a ceiling effect (adding more of it will not change a thing) and its very ineffective of delivering CTB. However, if you're naive to opioids, it will help a bit making you careless and a bit euphoric, while SN will do the job.

I recommend you to find other opioids, or addition of benzodiazepines in that case. If you're really desperate, go with like 16-32mg of bupe and SN

I'm intetested in this idea in terns of SI. Would they make me sick if I've never used them before and would they along with Benzo's knock me out that much that'd be unable to take the SN?

I haven't seen too large of benzo doses with the registered successful incidents. And it seems like the individuals largely stay awake long enough to experience. Would it be better to take a larger amount of benzos + sleeping pills/anti-psychotics with sedative effects to ensure total unconsciousness throughout the sn experience to dodge as much of it as possible? But I guess then you run the risk of passing out prior to ingestion?
