I tired to hang myself last year and I tried kneeling position many times when my abusee strikes many times I just wanna die I can't afford SN so someone just tell me how to dive head first. I know a few people who died jumping 5 stories or less

If I got the first thing you said right I'm sorry to hear that first of all.

Second, do not do anything rash or you will mess up, but I understand you. Plan carefully and build off most survival instinct over time. It will always be there even for people with the most brain chemical imbalance ever.

Third, 4 stories will likely not be high enough if you do not know how to fall correctly. You could injure yourself before anything.

omg, no!

this is exactly how people end up significantly injured, with permanent disabilities, being watched and helped the rest of their existence, completely and totally unable to end things.

do not do that

Hi OP, I'm sorry you're suffering in this way. That height is not advisable.

You won't die jumping from the 4th floor. You need at least the 9th floor, and preferably even higher. No matter how you jump, death will be inevitable at the right height

14 stories is the mark to aim for. Anything less and SI may cause you to fall wrong and seriously hurt yourself.

4 stories is not enough. You might die, but it is likely that you will just injure yourself, perhaps badly.

A useful rule-of-thumb is that if you jump from 100 feet or more, have a clean fall (i.e. you don't hit something on the way down), and you land on a hard surface such as concrete, your chance of surviving is small.

If you plan on landing on your head after a jump, plan VERY carefully before doing it. Many years ago, my mother's cousin dove into a shallow body of water and became paralyzed from the neck down after hitting his head. It was not a suicide attempt as far as I know. I don't think you want that to happen to you.

When I kneeled I was in that position for more then 3 minutes and it was getting awfully painful like my head was exploding my vision was blurry and lightheaded but not passing out at all. I tried to again but I still wasn't passing out I just kneeling there. I didn't use any force keeping my self up too idk what I did wrong

sorry to hear it didnt bring the peace you wanted.
had you made a tightening knot?
or like a noose that ties as you move down?
i dont like giving anyone "advice", but thats not groundbreaking secret info, so its ok for me to ask that

I used a thin scarf ligature and yes I used a tightening knot as it gradually tightened I still wouldn't pass out. Maybe partial isn't for me.

Attempting suicide by heights if the height is insufficient to guarantee death is a bad idea. You will feel stupid when you survive with permanent physical or mental damage, and will just end up more miserable/suicidal than from before you jumped.

>someone just tell me how to dive head first

Once you experience the mental effects of freefall and the SI kicks in once you jump, you will likely be filled with so much fear & panic that the last thing on your mind, or the last thing you'll be able to control is your body movement. Suicide by heights is physically painless, but the 5-10 seconds on the way down is absolutely terrifying. A fear like that can be counterracted with benzos, or some people can accept that fate for an easier method with no physical pain, but at the end of the day you won't be able to guarantee you'll have control over your thoughts at that point in time.

If you are ever going to attempt this method, do it from a height of at least 40 meters (so 10-13 stories), onto a hard landing where death will be absolutely certain. A fall from 40 meters is essentially a guaranteed death. Otherwise, it's not worth permanently disfiguring yourself/damaging your organs for life. You will just be more miserable than you already are. Do some research on the tallest bridges/cliffs/heights with sudden drops in your area.

I've met people that jumped from the 7th floor and survived, please don't risk it. You don't know if you're gonna make it or if you'll survive and receive too much damage.
I'm sorry you're going through this.
