Help I’m tired of life

[Exhausted!]

I'm tired of feeling this way. All I do is screw up. All I'm still living for is my grand babies. But they are young enough they will be able to move on. I don't know how though to end it all. I think I'm brave enough and I know I'm ready. It's literally all I think about lately. I want it to be as quick and painless as possible. I tried searching online the side effects of certain ways but it's all mixed information. Please help!

The end could be another 40 years down the road. There ain't no pushing through that. I'm ready now.
