• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Held Putin accountable for invasion to Ukraine, strengthened NATO alliance and imposed stiff sanctions on Russia for war that "he" himself provoked, making his country poorer and bankrupting Europe's economy. But that's just my take on the situation and I won't start debate on it here. The other things and how many of them actually have been accomplished are internal politics. In comparison they are smaller acts of good to whitewash the larger acts that made more negative impact on country, Europe and other countries.

I could build same list about Putin and praise him. Does not make him uncorrupted and all of his mentioned accomplishments to be true. Sprinkle in good deeds that "make a small dent" giving hope to nation while concealing the grand plan that is intended to benefit those in power.

So far he seems to be doing ok. Not great though. It is a difficult job. He let down Afghanistan. I feel very sorry for those women and girls in Afghanistan. Hats off for the brave women of Iran. Biden is totally helpless.
We were there for 20 years. We trained them to fight for themselves. Trump released 5K Taliban. One of them is not the president. Their president ran away. We couldn't stay there forever. He was the only one with the cojones to put an end to this endless war.

Trump set it all up to kneecap Biden. Biden didn't even get a transition: he found everything out on 1/20.

Biden was able to extend the time so he could get out as many as possible.

We can't save the world. Not even ourselves.

Under Biden US added 517,000 jobs in January 2023 alone. Unemployment rate is lowest since 1969. Average hourly wage is $33. All these are because of his policies. All those people saying Biden is ruining the economy and people don't have jobs. Lol. Good way to ruin the economy. Stock index went down when the news of lowest unemployment came out. The rich don't want people working.

Foreign policy: In Ukraine a good job. Afghanistan a failure.

Other than resources, economy and dominion perspective what good is foreign policy of warmongers where plundering from its own nation is on higher priority than internal affairs to fund wars and cause destruction? National policy aside.

imo no one who has any interest in truely 'fixing' the US is gonna become important enough in politics to be president. i don't think it's even possible to make significant change in the environment we're in rn. biden is just another oldhead who poorly represents *mildly* progressive views (if you're gonna call bare minimum shit progressive). so theres nothing too notable about the guy, at least it's a bit funny when he stumbles around and falls off bikes.

While I don't have an insight about what happens behind the scenes and don't know what contract he signed or whether was coerced to do so but I feel bad for the guy being forced to participate in this game when someone of his age should have peaceful golden years. As if they don't have qualified replacements left there.

In time leaders will change. Not one person behind entire system, find ways to accept the circumstance behind the power structure. I made a mistake caring for politics too much

Is he a clown? Yes. Is he a complete failure? No. He has had some accomplishments as president. Far too often people blame the president for the economy. There was actually a study done about this. And as the slogan from the Reagan administration, " it's the economy, stupid!" The president does not control the economy. They do have some influence though. And if you look at the studies the inflation reduction act while not perfect has actually had some success. I know that everybody is going to two food and rent which probably are the two most important but You have to remember that CPI is a basket.

I didn't like his execution of the Afgan pullout but yes 100% a good idea.

I don't know if unemployment was really the result of government. Entrepreneurs and corporations create lasting jobs. Public works are temporary jobs. The government can also create jobs by growing the bureaucracy, I suppose.

The sanctions on Russia have not been completely effective and have hurt the average Russian citizen but I am glad that he did do something and responded to the invasion.

He also raised the minimum wage for federal government employees (and I believe contractors, too) which is a plus.

He has also helped lower inflation a lot. Yes, it's still an issue but he has helped.
Speaking strictly constitutionally, I think the presidents have overreached their power. Their main is really supposed to be foreign affairs and the military. They technically, arguably, shouldn't even suggest legislation.
