One of my secret self-healing spells is listening to music. All kinds of it - depending on the mood.
Another thing that cheers me up a little is watching Risitas, Peito and Tito de Triana videos on YouTube (they were, for some time, top-class TV star comedians in Spain).

Second task: two songs that help me see that life can be simple, humble and still beautiful and worth living. Drinking a coffee, having a simple and delicious meal, breathing, watching others laugh - laughing with them. Dancing - just because I feel like it. No need for a reason. Forgetting all the social pressure - laughing at its face.

We've been terribly misled to think that our lives are only worth living if we achieve, if we get to that level society considers to be "success". That's bullsh*t. We don't need to earn our dignity and self-respect. We are born with it.
