Story Leaving strong. My way of dealing with the doctors whose misdiagnosis ruined my life.

Short story: Two separate doctors misdiagnosed my severe spinal disease when I was a child. Therefore, it couldn't be cured. I've lost everything due to progressive chronic pain and now I'm on the way to CTB. This was all after I became one of the first patients in my country to be cured from a severe personality disorder. I had a hope – sports, friends, school, work etc. – now it's all gone once again.

Many of you probably know how medical system works. Misdiagnoses are a daily occurence, lack of care is astounding and everybody keeps each other's back when it comes to medical mistakes. No possibility for them to admit any kind of a fault or even feel remorse.

However, I decided that instead of leaving bitter, I will do that differently. After many complaints to different institutions and many bad reviews that I wrote online, I decided to take everything down. I also told them that I apologize for my angry behavior and forgive them for their mistake.

After I will have CTBed, they will receive my suicide note.

Leaving strong instead of leaving bitter, that's what I want to do.

I guess that it makes sense not to be so bitter anymore as if someone is soon going to ctb they won't have to deal with this life and they will be free from their circumstances. But of course there really is nothing fair about this life in anyway, it's unfortunately just the way that life is. I hope that when the time is right for you to leave this world, you find the freedom that you wish for.

Sorry to hear about your story but we all just have to be realistic about the medical profession, i am going through a lot of health issues just now and sometimes i feel i know more from google doctor than some of the consultants i am seeing . But in reality doctors and medical staff are just like everyone in a normal job, they make mistakes and in reality they do not know their job 100%. I wish you better luck going forward

Yes, I have the same experience. In fact, I first became aware of my diagnosis on Google. No doctor diagnosed me properly.

I understand that, but why is that not a common knowledge? It should be publicly known that no one should rely on doctors. So many people don't know this until it's too late, just like in my case.

Ofcourse they know everything better. Ofcourse I could have been helped way earlier when I diagnosed myself and requested the needed medication, before turning to hard drugs cuz I wasn't helped worsening mei HPPD 10000x more. I even got my Illness from a psychiatrist doctor cuz he was prescribing me way too high dosages of SSRI's.
Once they got you in their shitty ass fishing net they got you and your'e dependend on some shitty ass pills for the rest of your life. Without doctors I would live my dream life now. But ofcourse they know everything better. Cuz u know...they're doctors. They do more harm than good imo. Especially psychiatrists. Everyday I fantasize about killing every doctor messing me up more and more. Maybe I should do it and CTB afterwards. Would probly do the world a huge favor without these little fkin cunt pigs...

I totally share your anger. I actually thought about killing them too, although it's just a fantasy. The worst thing is they don't even realize how little they know and how pathetic they are.

me too.....i told them exactly what I had , and they sectioned me rather than treat me but it was my fault for going to GP and clinic rather than straight to hospital.....then it got worse and worse and still no treatment !!!! Passed from GP to neurologist I begged and begged and paid and paid .....

This doesn't surprise me in the slightest... it makes me angry, it makes me wanna cry, but... we cannot do anything about it. Actually, wait. We can. We will CTB.

A good example of this...my doctor is anesthetist. I have a chemical structure formular tatted on my left hand. He asked me what chemical it is. It was ketamine I replied. He said oh you mean LSD. I said no Ketamine. He replied they're the same. I said no they aren't. He got angry and tried to defend his point of view which was (Ketamine = LSD). Same substance. I thought to myself no they're not dumbshit. The catch is Ketamine is one of the if not the most used anesthetic substance in the world. And he's an anesthetist. It's even in the top ten of indispensable substances declared by WHO. I didn't wanted to argue with him anymore so I just kept saying nothing. Now he's my new doctor. Everyone in my family says he's a great doctor cuz he's also an anesthetist...It's all just a fucking joke man, a really bad joke...
