  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I have a good life insurance policy on me, it will pay out $250,000 USD in the event of my untimely death by natural, accidental, or murderous causes. Is there any way I can CTB so my mom still gets the pay out and isn't totally ruined by my loss?

You would have to make it look like it was an accident. You would also have to check the specifics of your policy to see exactly what kinds of deaths, accidental or not, they don't include. Mine doesn't even cover accidental poisoning.

the only way is by inert gas using nitrogen but it is only if you have another than can remove all materials after your ctb off course !

otherwise, maybe drowning causing by hyperventilation : https://www.royallifesaving.com.au/stay-safe-active/risk-factors/hypoxic-blackout

I'm "lucky" because my insurance don't exclude intentional death. But it is "only" $150 000 USD.
Unfortunately I'm living in a landlocked state so I don't have access to a body of water where that wouldn't look suspicious

I'm covered for all natural causes so disease, organ failure, cancer and the like. I'm covered for all non-negligent accidents and poisonings as well as all murders

beaware, you can manage to simulate accident. But, after your mother have to :
- cope with loss
- think that they are an insurance
- battle hard against the insurance that will do ever possible to do to avoid give money

The most accidental-looking deaths I can think of is drowning or CO poisoning. This question has been asked here several times and, unfortunately, the answer is that it is very difficult to do and rules out most of the quick and painless options. 😕

In my experience, life insurance company's will move heaven and earth to avoid paying out if there's the teenyest tinyest bit of doubt re the circumstances of a death.
