I just started meditation with a free app, Insight Timer, and it's helping my anxiety. I'm still figuring it out, there are some that feel more comfortable than others.

This thread is so helpful. Meditation was the only thing that helped me control my thoughts and my crises. Fuck the pills and psychiatrists, who just want to suck your money dry and keep you hostage to the pharmaceutical system. I just controlled a crisis I was having and took control. If people knew how helpful this really is, they would try meditating every day.
