It's more difficult to deal with than people realize. Body dysmorphia has the highest rate of suicide amongst all mental illnesses. If I were you, I'd go into debt getting surgery to repair the issue before ctb though.

I wish I could but I need more than just one operation I have several other problems need a surgery and need at least 10 years to get sufficient money so I guess ctb is much easier

I could take similar photos of myself, Im a female and I used to be 99 lbs a few years ago, I gained almost 60 lbs, but I've always had imperfections and body dysmorphia. I think my experience in sex work and my drug addiction has cured it. I have seen hundreds of naked men. Any woman (or man) who doesn't want to be with you because of that imperfection isn't worth your time. Literally everyone has an imperfection like that when in bed, free of makeup and lighting and filters, it's rare for people to be perfect.

Congratulations btw for losing all that weight... it's not easy to do, right! FWIW you're good looking regardless of the excess skin but I do understand how pervasive feeling ugly can be. All the best.
