Need help finding an anchor point

I've been thinking about ctb for by hanging but I don't know what could make a good anchor point. I thought about a closet shelf or a door knob but I don't know if it can withstand my weight.

For reference im 163cm 50kg.

Depends on the shelf capacity but I doubt it will be strong enough for partial suspension. A doorknob might be stronger
