I started feeling a bit dizzy headache and 15 minutes later the side of my right eye skull vain started hurting being very sensitive to electric light not ambient (it was night). I couldn't tolerate any light and had to press my hands on the right side of my skull near my eyes for about half an hour to stop the twitching pain and dim all light bulbs. I confirmed this with Chat GPT that my optic nerve was indeed deprived of oxygen as a result of high nitrogen low oxygen exposure and is what lead to my eyes experiencing the twitching pain and light sensitivity.
Hi, just read through this. You say you got a headache instantly and felt eye pain/injured your eye nerve from just 30 seconds of free flowing (no bag I assume) nitrogen?! That doesn't sound very comfortable/painless..:/

I got a slight minor headache and my lungs started fluttering. I felt uneasy for about 15 minutes and side effects kicked in about 5 minutes. I didn't permanently injure my optic nerve in my eye however there was a twitching pain and sensitivity to any light bulbs turned on for a few hours after. Went away when I went to sleep and woke up the next morning. Definitely some early symptoms of oxygen deprivation. Nothing permanent occurred because it was brief, had I experimented longer or passed out especially in an attempt being exposed to 0% oxygen levels for several minutes and then woke up, permanent serious brain, eye etc. damage would've occurred. This method doesn't joke around. Finally, it's pretty much painless, but there may potentially be some discomfort or some pain when you're unconscious that your mind may experience. Remember no dying method is 100% painless/or fully comfortable expect maybe assisted suicide. All the luck to you and I hope you reconsider your decision. This is my chosen method which I'll attempt once I've found a location and am 100% certain I want to die.

Thank you so much for responding with more detail. Yes I'm most worried about pain (and especially headaches :/) in those last (or first - after starting) seconds or minutes. But from everything I've read it sounds mostly painless…

Yeah. I suppose as long as you're unconscious it won't matter anymore.. And you're right no method can (presumably) guarantee 100% pain free.

I have everything set up for this method too. (Had actually everything set up to do it last Sunday but ran out of time). I'm 100% certain.

I hope you find relief whichever way you decide, my friend. 💛

You can get anti headache pills from your go and heavy sleeping pills 40 minutes before the process starts. Just make up a story that you get headaches during the day and you have a really hard time sleeping due to your anxiety and before work the next day or something. He'll prescribe it instantly and something strong. Once the meds start kicking in and you start falling asleep with ambient sounds and after a nice meal and drink, just open the valve open and the gas will start flowing in the mask or hood. Breath out for 20 seconds and breath in, you'll pass out after a minute. You won't even realise you're gone. I recommend if you're using the mask method, that you lay completely flat with your head looking up at the roof/sky with the strap loose not too tight so the mask doesn't feel claustrophobic. I recommend DIY nylon stretchy straps not the rubber ones. You need to be restrained and make sure the tank doesn't fall over or your hood/mask comes off or leaks in air. If this happens your method will fail and you'll wake up and suffer bodily damage to your organs. I also recommend finding a far away place if you can and follow my method with the burner phone etc so you can't be tracked as you'll be cut open for an autopsy. If you do it properly, you won't be found for months or years, maybe even never. I hope you reconsider your decision and get the help you need if you decide to continue living. Just know there will be an after life based on my personal experience and there is a higher power. All the best 🙏

Hmm yeah maybe I should do anti-headache pills… will they work preventively (obviously taking before any headache)?

Thanks for your other tips. My plan differs a bit from yours there :) but I've got if all set up fairly well. Loved ones will be notified and to be found not too long after to reduce impact and smell etc. But if you don't wanna be found a far away location with your whole plan sounds good!

Oh and I'm doing exit bag, not mask. By straps did you mean straps to secure your mask or body straps? I do have body straps as well in case of any convulsions… are you using any? I hope my suitcase straps will work.

Oh and I believe in an afterlife too! It gives me comfort actually. Are you "worried" about any potential punishment or impact as a result of suicide?

I don't have much information with anti headache pills however I have taken some pills before when I got really bad headaches from minoxidil which I use for hairloss and the headaches went away. So if you use them for this, it will be a painless way to go even more. I don't recall the name of the medication that helped with my severest worst headache that didn't go away and was borderline painful making me want to die. Regarding the Exit bag, be careful no oxygen gets in otherwise you'll wake up a few hours later likely with some bodily organ damage. Regarding straps, I was referring to the Mask. Make sure you're restrained properly. Finally, I am 99.9% certain there is an afterlife. I have had 3 personal experiences that occurred on the same date first day in particular accordance to an annual event that occurs every year associated with a religion. It has confirmed to me theism is almost certainly the truth. Prior I was a Deist just believing there is a higher power that was not affiliated with any of the religions, but it's become apparent to me this entity has interacted with our world, specifically through prophets. I came across disturbing information regarding the doomsday portrayed in Islam and Christianity, specifically one statement by Muhammad where he mentioned God informed him that on Judgment Day, the Sun will be brought so close to the Earth that when are bodies are recreated, the first torment will be the intense heat of the Sun. Today scientists have confirmed that our sun will indeed expand known as a Red Giant and essentially move so close to the earth possibly even swallowing it. Judgment Day is portrayed were the mountains are melted and become smoke like wool due to the heat of the sun, planets losing orbit etc. This is all due to our Sun melting the mountains causing them to scatter in smoke debris, boiling the oceans and gravitational celestial loss due to the suns expansion. There are also verses that Christ brought and are reaffirmed in the Qur'an about the stars flying about which is a result of the gravitational loss that will happen approximately at the same time the sun will expand when the Andromeda Galaxy collides with our Milky Way, stars losing their shine ✨, Sun losing its light which will occur following the red giant phase. This makes me very suspicious that there could be a theistic deity because there is no way these 2 individuals could've had access to this information either through coincidental imagination or more logically, Divine revelation. Nobody in human history other than Jesus or Muhammad has made such accurate scientific statements regarding the end of the world which have been so accurately described and proven. I don't want to risk it especially after my personal experience. You're welcome to refer to the link below for more information about this and to know what will most likely occur after death. This makes me very concerned about unaliving myself as in Islam & Christianity, suicide is a VIP ticket to Hell, maybe not permanently but a long time.
