Obese and on two antipsychotics, will N work?

I'm 108kg (239lbs) and 176cm tall (5'9). I take 3mg of Rexulti and 500mg Seroquel along with other meds (lithium, parnate, thyroxine, xanax). Will two bottles of N be enough? I notice they don't seem to use more than that at the euthenasia clinics.
