Zofran is very easy to get. I have a prescription for it for legitimate reasons, but all you really have to say is you're constantly nauseous no matter what you do and they're pretty much guaranteed to give it to you.
Meto should be pretty easy to get after that. I've been prescribed that in the past by just saying my Zofran is no longer working, I need to try something different.
if you are going with drammamine, it would be wise to take acid reducer a few days before in regime. try to get meto. anti acid and meto is a killer combination. reglan is a metoclopramide.I just got some dramamine from walmart. Some people have said that worked.
I looked up the meto and it says it's for pets. Does that matter?
Lemon juice is a good acid reducer in water and it could help with the taste of the SN.

No, no its not. Pour lemon juice on a cut and tell me if it feels great. Im gonna consider this a troll post.
I got xanax, dramamine, SN and some lemon juice to mix with it. Hopefully this is a good and deadly combo.
Why would the peaceful pill handbook reccommend dramamine if it's not effective?I still would keep lemon juice out of this. Dramamine is not a strong enough antiemetic. I would not proceed without either meto or domperidone, you're basically just setting yourself up for a bad time again.
Xanax should be taken at most 20-30min before SN if you do not have tolerance to alcohol or benzos, it hits quick and from my own experience, even 1mg will have you black out if you take it when you're tired.
Dramamine is for motion sickness. Why would the peaceful pill handbook reccommend dramamine if it's not effective?
