I have 240mg of oxycontin. I have never taken a pain killer before, zero tolerance, and I'm pretty confident this will do the deed. Especially combined with alcohol and kpins. I am worried about the pills being extended release though? Will this fuck things up or does it not matter? If it does matter, anything I can do?

Thank you! Not planning on leaving this world just yet, but I feel incredibly free knowing I have a way out.

Hey there,
If your in the US & you have OP's (the reformulated version) there's really no way to know. 240mg sounds like a lot, but the controlled release will make it so only a specific amount of drug is delivered from each tablet over 8-12hrs; regardless of crushing or any other tampering. The reformulated tablets also do not release the full payload of drug. The original formula was much more dangerous.

Mixing with clonazepam & alcohol definitely makes it more dangerous, but it's still no guarantee. People have survived 400mg & people have died from 120mg. So there are a lot of factors at play. Having no opioid tolerance significantly increases the odds this mix will Cause fatal respiratory depression.
