Paramax for SN

[Rabbit&Blackberry]

In the UK there's a drug called 'Paramax' which is a combination of Paracetamol and metoclopramide. Will this work as both an antiemetic and a painkiller, or should I buy these drugs separately for SN.

Paramax was discontinued unfortunately so I don't think you'd be able to get ahold of any (at least not easily, as any package would be several years old at this point and very out of date) You'd be better off getting Meto separately or getting something like buccastem (Prochlorperazine)
