i HOPE it is either nothingness heaven or being reincarnated without my insomnia and mental issues 
I believe that this life is one of many that a person experiences. No religious connotations at all. Just that there is another experience awaiting a person. For some that might be optimistic, weird whatever, but I like to look on the positive side of things. With all my issues in this life, it is something for me to hold to.

Some cases of so called memories from past lives have shown to be hoaxes, while others have yet to be substantiated by sufficient evidence to warrant belief. I want my beliefs to be reasonable, in accordance with reality, so I abstain from believing any extraordinary claims until evidence is presented that stands the test of rigorous skepticism.
I don't believe there's an "after death" period of time from one's own subjective perspective, because it hasn't shown to be the case. Therefore the second question seems to assume an invalid premise.
Conscious awareness has been demonstrated to be a function of the brains of animals that are able to plan ahead, remember past events and so on.
At the time of death, at the point of losing consciousness, the qualia of the self simply ceases to exist. There is no you, me, them. No delusion of individuality, and none of the problems it has caused all of us. The neural function responsible for creating the illusion that "I am me" is defunct from that point on.
Everyone has already experienced what it's like to not exist, for billions of years. Time and space is simply skipped on a massive scale, without the delusion of the self, just as it should be in my opinion.
There is no better heaven you can ask for than the liberating, protecting, truthful nest of absolute nothingness. All of us are bound to attain it, and there will be no us when we do.

No, anything like that is completely fictional to me, it sounds horrific but I could never believe in it. I very strongly believe death to just be nothingness where once we lose consciousness that is it for us, we are gone, we simply cease to exist and the thought of such a thing comforts me so much. Death is nothing more than a dreamless, eternal sleep where one is completely unaware.
I believe in some kind of quantum immortality, and reincarnation is one of its best sub-scenarios. So I sure hope it's true, at least as long as I'm not redoing my current life over and over.

Yeah same, I believe in quantum immortality as well. I heard that when you die in this reality, another reality branches off where you never died. I heard that whenever you make a choice or decision, a new reality is created.
I'd like to experience my life in parallel realities. I'm curious about my other selves, and what could have been. I wonder what I and my life would be like in a parallel world/alternate reality. I believe in the multiverse, and I really wish it existed. Hopefully one day we can travel to other realities and dimensions, I heard we could through wormholes…
By the way, have you heard of dimensional jumping? I tried it once but I don't think it worked. I also tried reality shifting but didn't have any success….
Interesting, so are you saying that you believe in reincarnation? Honestly it would be cool to have had a past life, I want to know what I was in mine. I'm not sure if I want to get reincarnated in the future though, this life is enough for me. Hopefully if I have to get reincarnated I can be a cat or something. I know this sounds weird, but I hate being a human being

I hope there's nothing else but- who knows? I find it weird that- if we do have past lives- that we don't remember them (the vast majority of us.) In which case- if there is any form of reincarnation, perhaps it is just an energy/ lifeforce that is reincarnated- a bit like changing batteries from toy to toy. Lol. I still don't see why though. If we are supposed to be learning and developing- surely, it would be useful to remember past lives. If we are part of a greater entity that wants to experience human life- why?!! I don't know- reincarnation seems to suggest some kind of end goal to me and I just can't imagine what that could be.
