All that is really needed to know is that medical resources say that 100mg of SN per Kg of your physical weight is a fatal dose.

Using the simple formula at post #3 above,
multiply your weight (in kg) by 100. That will give the dose in milligrams.
That's it.
So for an example of a 200 lb person,
200lb = 90kg
90kg x 100 = 9000
9000 mg = 9 gm.
