For the mean time,regarding your request for anime recommendations,I'd say give Steins;Gate a go. (dubbed or sub,either is good. Though I'm personally into dubbed anime)
A partial suspension using a belt, I was using the other side of the door as the counterweight. I wasn't able to get a rope because I am underage and my parents will know that I am trying to CTB if I ask to buy a rope.
I'm probs going to try to use necktie or a sturdier belt/scarf for my next attempt but I will need to wait for a good solid day since I have to do this without attracting any attention from people in the house.

Good to hear. Just know that you don't have to rush the decision. Given the info you've laid out so far,your current circumstances really aren't ideal at all for CBT and unexpected accidents could happen. Maybe waiting longer for a more ripe opportunity would be the way to go.
