Due to some difficult circumstances I'm forced to take N without Meto. I weigh a little under 63.5 kilograms, and have two bottles of N. What can I do to maximize odds. All I can do at best with medicine is take hydroxizine.

Krekon, I don't know what hydroxizine is, but one person I know used Dramamine as an anti-emetic and was successful. Of course, everyone's system is different. As many have said before, Nitschke stated that vomiting is rare, but I can understand that you want to be sure.

I've looked up hydroxyzine and see that one of its many uses is as an anti-emetic, so that can help. I have no idea how much to take or how to time it in relation to the N, but I hope someone else does. (((Hugs)))

hydroxizine won't help you not to vomit.
What do you mean by difficult circumstances exactly? There are also good alternatives to Meto, such as Domperidone + Ondansetron or Prochlorperazine. Is there no way you could possibly order them?
If I interpret your title correctly, are you in a hurry to ctb? The best advice I can give you is: Don't rush it, wait until you have meto. Otherwise, it's basically a game of chance if you throw up and fail. I'm not saying it's impossible without anti emetics. But you don't do yourself a favor trying without.
If there is no other way, then at least go to a pharmacy and get OTC Nausea Tablets. Better than nothing.
