I've seen a lot of mention of practicing hanging and wondered if this is something I should be doing as part of my.. research.
I think as hanging will be my method (using pull-up bar in hotel room) as no other options seem to be accessible, I'm worried that practicing should 'fail' and leave me without a solution. Having a solution in mind helps my anxiety and idk how I'd cope with discovering it's not gonna be doable.
Even though I know for sure this is ultimately what I want, I'm trying not to overthink the whole thing as I feel like excessive planning will only freak me out but I also don't want it to get to the actual day to find out this method isn't going to work for me.
Idk.. is it worth trying beforehand? Any tips..
