Question about SN

Hello everyone!

Sorry if this is a stupid question! Does anyone know how consuming coffee after fasting, about 2-3 hours before taking SN would affect the method; as in, would it keep me conscious for a longer time or have any other unwanted side effects?

I will be following the SN protocol (minus benzos) and I figured that coffee could be actually helpful in my case because it speeds up the "cleansing" process for me personally which should technically lead to a more rapid overall absorption of SN?

You shouldn't try it and follow the right protocol to avoid some bad surprises / unknown interactions with SN.

Don't quote me on this, but coffee probably wouldn't speed up SN absorption. The only thing affecting the time would be how fast it leaves your stomach and into the small intestine. Drinking coffee would probably slow it down all things considered.

It's recommended to fast 8 hours for food and 2 hours for clear liquids.
Coffee wouldn't be a great idea.
