  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

As I will most likely be starting my ahead regimen with domperidone soon, I wanted to ask a rather personal question. As it is a bit personal, please feel free to PM me in confidence if you prefer.

Both Metoclopramide and Domperidone are gastro-prokinetic, so they increase the speed of emptying of the stomach. Under normal circumstances, food is digested in the stomach before passing to the intestines. If the stomach empties faster, then food won't be fully digested beforehand. As my own bowel movements are somewhat loose at the best of times, I wanted to know if the anti-emetic regimen affects bowel movements, and if so in what way.

Any information or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies for such a gross question :shy:

I see from Wikipedia that constipation is a common side effect for Amitriptyline.

I'm not too worried about what happens after I take the amitriptyline. It's the possible effects of my 4 day regimen I'm planning beforehand that I need feedback on if people are willing to share.
