it depends on who you reach out to, Mental Health Services made me worse, my GP doesn't have a clue! The only one who is aware of my issue's is my Staffie "MAX"!!! Dog's are "PAWSOME"!!!

The Wiggles takes me back I think I mocked them when I was younger but funny how nostalgia works.
