Hello darkness my old friend!!
Personally my sleep pattern is fucked through the last week :
Saturday night - 6hrs
Sunday night - none (2hr nap in the day)
Monday - 4hrs
Tuesday - none
Wednesday - 5 hrs
Thursday - 3hrs ( + 2 x 2hr naps in the day)
Friday - currently 4am...
I'm not currently on any medication but if you have suggestions to help I'm all ears. What works for you?
I actually miss sleep as it's the only time my brain switches off and gives me a break.
